AR Property Solutions Group LLC (“ARPSG,” “we,” “us”) provides property assessments, inspections, estimates, maintenance solutions, Property Watch™ monitoring and expert consulting across Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through arpsg.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the address and details of your property when you book an appointment, request pricing, enroll in Property Watch™, or contact us by phone or email. Attorneys and insurers may also share claim or case documents with us.
- Property information we create: photos, condition notes, reports, scopes and estimates from our visits and inspections.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Square through secure payment links. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data.
How we use your information
To schedule and provide services you request; send confirmations, reports, invoices and payment links; communicate about your property or engagement; improve our services; keep records required for tax, legal and insurance purposes; and protect against fraud and misuse.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, booking system, email provider and payment processor, under their own privacy and security obligations;
- with contractors or vendors you ask us to coordinate, limited to what they need for the work;
- with the client, attorney or insurer who engaged us, for reports prepared for them;
- when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
Litigation and claims matters
Documents and information received in expert consulting or claims engagements are kept confidential. They are used only for that engagement and handled according to the engagement agreement and any applicable protective order.
Cookies
Our site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, for example to remember booking steps and keep pages loading quickly. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some images are loaded from Unsplash. Those services may receive your IP address when they deliver content. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep personal information and property records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, insurance and litigation-hold requirements. After that, we securely delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
