Why ARPSG

  • Neutral by design. We accept plaintiff and defense engagements and follow the evidence.
  • Field-first. Opinions rest on site inspection, measurement and photo documentation, not paper review alone.
  • One expert, full picture. Cause, scope, cost and claim handling in a single, consistent opinion.
  • Georgia-rooted. Local building practice, climate events and contractor pricing knowledge.

Attorney FAQ

Do you work for plaintiffs or defendants?

Both. ARPSG is retained for its independent analysis, not for a side.

What area do you cover?

All of Georgia, with travel to neighboring Southeast states available.

How quickly can you inspect a property?

Typically within 5 to 10 business days of engagement; expedited inspections are available for evidence preservation.

Do you review Xactimate or other estimates?

Yes: line-item review of carrier, contractor and public adjuster estimates, including pricing, quantities, O&P and code items.

Will you give a preliminary opinion before a written report?

Yes. Initial findings are given verbally so counsel can decide whether a written report is needed.

Do you provide legal opinions?

No. ARPSG gives opinions on construction, damage, cost and claim-handling practice, not on law or coverage interpretation.

What do you need to start?

A cleared conflict check, signed engagement letter, retainer, and key documents: policy, claim file, photos, estimates and correspondence.
