Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. Inspection and assessment fees must be paid in advance through our secure payment portal before appointments can be confirmed.
What should I include in my request?
The property address, property type, your goals and any existing reports, photos or estimates.
What is Property Watch™?
Our recurring property monitoring subscription: scheduled visits, photo documentation and condition reporting for investors, landlords and out-of-state owners.
